Technical features:

● The pressure measurement can start from zero, and can measure negative pressure and positive pressure. It has the advantages of high sensitivity, high accuracy, wide measuring range and small piston falling speed. Compared with the existing domestic double piston pressure gauge: the accuracy level is second-class. Increase to the first grade; the upper limit of measurement is increased from 0.25 MPa to 0.6 MPa, which can be increased to 1 MPa when needed; the zero sensitive enthalpy threshold is increased from 20 mg to 10 mg; the differential piston drop speed is reduced from 1 kg/min by loading 1 kg/min. 5kg, down 0.5mm/min.

● The working position of the piston is monitored by a displacement sensor, which is sensitive, eye-catching and accurate.

● The base is made of aluminum alloy, which is light, sturdy and beautiful.

● Three prototypes were measured by Shanghai Metrology and Testing Technology Research Institute. The piston speed was simple. The piston loading speed was 10.0, the speed was 0.04, 0.05, 0.06mm/min, and the differential piston loading 5kg was 0.28, 0.22, 0.25mm/min. Sensitively closed to 5mg, received praise from the hospital.
