Technical features:

● The measuring range is wide. When the lower limit is 1MPa, the basic error is ±0.02%. It can be seen that one KY100 pressure gauge can be used against the current domestic measuring upper limit of 6, 60, 100MPa three pressure gauges.

● The piston and cylinder are made of tungsten carbide with high strength, high hardness and low temperature coefficient of expansion. After calculation, the deformation error is negligible; the working environment temperature can be relaxed to 20±5°C; the performance is very stable.

● The piston and the piston barrel are finely ground, and the roundness error and the gap are extremely small. Because the viscosity of the pressure transmitting medium used in domestic pressure gauges is (900-1100) mm2/s, and the viscosity is very small, The viscosity of the bis(ethylhexyl) sebacate specified in the international high pressure comparison is (20-25) mm 2 / s as the pressure transmitting medium, thus ensuring the sensitivity of the pressure gauge.
